Depending on the scope of work and time of year, we generally are able to schedule most projects within 3 weeks.
The pricing we provide is a fixed price for your renovation project. The items that would fall in addition to our fixed price would be items added on by the homeowner or unexpected circumstances such as discovering severe termite damage after removing sheetrock on a wall.
We service the areas we are licensed and insured for. This is only Nassau and Suffolk counties. In regards to Suffolk County, most areas located east of Patchogue are likely outside of our service area.

There are many factors that determine the final project cost of a basement estimate. For instance, bathrooms, kitchenettes, egress windows/doors, finish options. In order for us to provide an accurate quote, we would have to assess the basement and review the project details with you (the homeowner) on site.
The most cost-effective option for basement flooring is LVP. There are specific manufacturers that make LVP flooring for areas of moisture, making this an ideal option for your basement.
